The property was a mixed use commercial property in need of vast upgrades throughout. The vendors had let the property fall into a state of disrepair.
Berkshire Corporate agreed an exchange with delayed completion to apply for change of use to residential. We achieved this under permitted development rights with permission granted for 2 flats on the ground floor and 2 flats over the first and second floors.
The build involved a complete strip back and remodelling of the building to create 4 units including a new dormer and single storey extension.
Berkshire Corporate retained the asset which is currently fully let to private tenants.
